Paint n Sip (PNS) • Mosaic n Sip (MNS) • Children’s Art Classes

1. Cancellations – Paint n Sip & Mosaic n Sip

For group bookings, if an individual participant cancels before the scheduled event, a full refund will not be provided. The participant may instead choose one of the following options:

• Reschedule their attendance to another available event, subject to availability.
• Receive a credit for the full amount paid, which may be used for a future booking or gifted to another person.

2. Payment – Paint n Sip & Mosaic n Sip

Full payment is required for every participant at the time of booking and before the scheduled event. All payments must be made through the booking platform on the Art Studio 48 website: www.artstudio48.com.

3. Make-Up Classes – Children’s Art Classes

If a child is unable to attend their regularly scheduled weekly art class due to illness or school camps, a make-up class may be arranged, subject to availability. All make-up classes must be completed before the end of the current term. Unused make-up classes will not be carried forward to the following term unless extenuating circumstances apply and an exception is approved by Art Studio 48.

4. Late Arrivals

Participants are encouraged to arrive on time to enjoy the full experience. Late arrivals may miss part of the activity, and the session will still finish at its scheduled time.

5. Group Bookings & Minimum Numbers

Group bookings must meet the minimum and maximum participant numbers specified for each activity. Paint n Sip (PNS) bookings require a minimum of 4 attendees and a maximum of 16 attendees. Mosaic n Sip (MNS) bookings require a minimum of 4 attendees and a maximum of 5 attendees. Any changes to participant numbers must be communicated to Art Studio 48 in advance and are subject to approval.

6. Event Changes & Cancellations by Art Studio 48

If Art Studio 48 needs to cancel or reschedule an event, affected participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of the amount paid for the affected booking.

7. Materials & Artwork

Art Studio 48 provides glasses, serving platters, aprons, paints, mosaic tiles, glues, adhesives, brushes, palettes and canvases. All materials required for the session will be provided unless otherwise stated. Participants are responsible for handling materials and equipment with care. Finished artwork may require drying or setting time before it can be safely taken home.

8. Personal Belongings & Clothing

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing suitable for art activities. Art Studio 48 is not responsible for damage to clothing or personal belongings during a session. Participants should take appropriate precautions.

9. Food & Beverages – Paint n Sip and Mosaic n Sip

For Paint n Sip (PNS) and Mosaic n Sip (MNS) sessions, tea, coffee and some snacks are provided by Art Studio 48. Food platters, cakes, dips and all other beverages are to be supplied by the group attendees. Participants are responsible for informing Art Studio 48 of any relevant dietary requirements or allergies in advance.

10. Children’s Supervision & Collection

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that children are dropped off and collected at the agreed times. Any specific supervision or collection arrangements must be communicated to Art Studio 48 in advance.

11. Health, Safety & Behaviour

All participants are expected to follow the instructor’s safety instructions and treat staff, other participants, and studio property with respect. Art Studio 48 reserves the right to address unsafe or disruptive behaviour that affects the safety or enjoyment of others.

12. Photography & Social Media

Photographs or videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes only where appropriate consent has been obtained. For children’s classes, parent or guardian consent must be obtained before identifiable images of a child are used for marketing or social media.

13. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only once the required payment has been received through the designated booking platform. Participants are responsible for checking their booking details, including the date, time, location, and number of attendees.

14. Special Requests & Accessibility

Participants are encouraged to communicate any special requirements, accessibility needs, or other requests before the event. Art Studio 48 will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these requests where possible.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking with Art Studio 48, participants or their parent/guardian acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
